Dehydrated Basil

Make your own dried basil!

Serves: 2-10
Prep Time: 2 to 4 hours

  1. Wash the basil leaves the evening before harvesting.
  2. Clip leaves before flowers open.
  3. Throw away dirty leaves.
  4. Place the leaves on trays so that they are not touching and dehydrate at no more than 95°F until crisp enough to crumble.
