Dehydrated Vegetables & Beef Stew Recipe

  1. Using your Excalibur Dehydrator, dehydrate all vegetables and meat prior to making soup
  2. Dehydrate vegetables at 125-135 degrees F for 6-12 hours or until dry
  3. Dry meat at 155-165 degrees F for 6-8 hours or until dry
  4. Place meat in a soup pot and cover with water
  5. Simmer for 1 hour then add vegetables and simmer for an additional 30 minutes
  6. Mix flour and water then stir into the stew and cook
  7. Continue stirring until stew is thick
  8. Add salt and pepper
