Honey Squares Recipe

  1. Dehydrate fruits and nuts at 130 degrees F to 140 degrees F for 2 hours or until desired texture
  2. Beat eggs until light and fluffy
  3. Gradually add honey, heat if necessary to pour in thin stream
  4. Add flour, granola, and salt
  5. Stir in dried fruits and nuts
  6. Pour mixture into Excalibur paraflexx sheets in this layers
  7. Dry at 130 degrees F for approximately 12 hours or until firm in the center
  8. Score into squares and cool
