Queen's English Marinade
What you'll need:
  • 1 cup Dry red wine
  • 2/3 cup Light salad oil
  • 1 Clove minced garlic
  • 1 Small lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp. Dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Crushed fennel seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
