Make your own dried basil!

  • 1. Wash the basil leaves the evening before harvesting.
  • 2. Clip leaves before flowers open.
  • 3. Throw away dirty leaves.
  • 4. Place the leaves on trays so that they are not touching and dehydrate at no more than 95°F until crisp enough to crumble.
