Jerky Venison
What you'll need:
  • 6-8 lbs Venison
  • 1 Tbs Garlic powder
  • 2 Tbs Liquid smoke
  • 1-2 quarts Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs Onion powder
  • 1-2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbs MSG (optional)

How to make it:

  • 1. Cut meat into 3/16
  • 2. Mix all the ingredients together and then marinate the meat in seasoning mixture for 4-10 hours.
  • 3. Dry at 155F, until the meat cracks.
