How to make it:

Dehydrated Lime Recipe

  • 1. Wash limes thoroughly
  • 2. Slice limes 1/4 inch thick
  • 3. Place lime slices on your Excalibur Dehydrator tray
  • 4. Dehydrate at about 125-135 degrees F for 5-12 hours or until lime slices are brittle
  • 5. Store dehydrated lime slices in an air tight storage container
  • 6. Note: Dried lime slices are a great snack, can be added to a pitcher of water, use to flavor dishes or garnish salads, make salt/powder by blending or grinding, use in wreaths or potpourri
