Honey Squares
What you'll need:
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup ground Granola
  • 1 cup Raisins, ground Cherries, Dates, or Prunes
  • 1 cup chopped, dried Nuts

How to make it:

  • 1. Dehydrate fruits and nuts at 130 degrees F to 140 degrees F for 2 hours or until desired texture
  • 2. Beat eggs until light and fluffy
  • 3. Gradually add honey, heat if necessary to pour in thin stream
  • 4. Add flour, granola, and salt
  • 5. Stir in dried fruits and nuts
  • 6. Pour mixture into Excalibur paraflexx sheets in this layers
  • 7. Dry at 130 degrees F for approximately 12 hours or until firm in the center
  • 8. Score into squares and cool
