Vanilla Almond Sugar Cookies
What you'll need:
  • 1 1/4 cup Almond Milk Pulp
  • 6 soaked and pitted Medipol Dates
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Almond flour or Coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 dash Sea Salt

How to make it:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together in a food processor until the "dough" is the same texture and consistency of sugar cookie dough
  • 2. You may need to add a little more flour, but start with the given amount
  • 3. Work dough into a cookie press canister, select a cookie shape, and seal the press
  • 4. Place cookies onto your Excalibur Paraflexx lined dehydrator tray
  • 5. Press as many cookies as the dough will make
  • 6. Dehydrate the cookies at 115 degree F for 8 hours, flipping once halfway through the dehydrate process
