What you'll need:
- 1 cup Soy sauce
- 2 Crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tsp. Ground ginger root
- 2 tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Pepper
How to make it:
This marinade is great for beef or chicken jerky!
- 1. Combine and mix all of the above ingredients
