Return Policy- All returns must have a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) clearly marked on the outside of the box. Sorry but we can not accept any returns without an RMA# so please make sure that you give us a call to request one. Please note: Packages that are refused and returned to sender are subject to a 15% restocking fee, any shipping cost paid will not be refunded. You can return items purchase directly from the Excalibur Factory according to the following policy:
Dehydrators- NEW Excalibur home use dehydrators purchased from the factory come with a 30 day home trial guarantee. If you would like to return your dehydrator simply call to request a RMA#. All you need to do is write that RMA# on the outside of the box and send it back to us. When we received the dehydrator, we will process the return and refund the appropriate amount according to your order.
*Please Note: From time to time we offer free shipping specials. Dehydrators returned in conjunction with a free shipping offer are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Dehydrators not returned in like new condition or dirty are subject to a $25.00 cleaning fee. Packages that are refused and returned to sender are subject to a 15% restocking fee and ship cost will not be refunded. Please note Commercial, Blemished, refurbished OR used models are non returnable
Replacement Parts-All replacement parts are not returnable. Please make sure that you order the correct part as we can not take them back. If you need help choosing the correct part our technical support department will be happy to help determine what you need.
Accessories, Kitchen Helpers, & Books Accessories are only returnable within 30 days only if they are un-used, un opened and in it's original box. All accessories that meet these requirements must have a RMA# assigned to the return and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Shipping Charges- All shipping charges are non-refundable and shipping charges for returning items back to Excalibur are the responsibility of the customer.
