1 cup Dry red wine
2/3 cup Light salad oil
1 Clove minced garlic
1 Small lemon, thinly sliced
2 tsp. Dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Crushed fennel seeds
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Combine and mix all of the above ingredients.
