Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook cranberries in 1 quart water to extract the juice. Strain cranberries, reserving juice only.
  2. Cook 1 quart water, sugar, red hots, and cloves until dissolved to liquid. Add cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and 3 quarts hot water.
  3. Strain through cheesecloth to obtain clear liquid.
