Directions

  1. Wash the grapefruit
  2. Slice the grapefruit 1/4 inch thick
  3. Place grapefruit slices on Excalibur Dehydrator trays
  4. Dehydrate at 119-135 degrees F for 5-12 hours or until grapefruit slices are brittle
  5. Store dried grapefruit in an air tight storage container
  6. Great as a snack or in baked treats; Add to a pitcher of water for flavor; Use to flavor dishes or garnish salads; Make salts/powder by blending or grinding; Use to make wreaths or potpourri
