Dehydrated Lime Recipe

Directions

  1. Wash limes thoroughly
  2. Slice limes 1/4 inch thick
  3. Place lime slices on your Excalibur Dehydrator tray
  4. Dehydrate at about 125-135 degrees F for 5-12 hours or until lime slices are brittle
  5. Store dehydrated lime slices in an air tight storage container
  6. Note:  Dried lime slices are a great snack, can be added to a pitcher of water, use to flavor dishes or garnish salads, make salt/powder by blending or grinding, use in wreaths or potpourri
