Queen's English Marinade

What you'll need:
- 1 cup Dry red wine
- 2/3 cup Light salad oil
- 1 Clove minced garlic
- 1 Small lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. Dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Crushed fennel seeds
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper

- 1. Combine and mix all of the above ingredients.
