Low Temp Dehydrating Tips:

  • It’s advised to cook at 130°-140° F (54° - 60° C) for the first hour to speed the dehydration process and remove moisture. After one hour, lower the temp down to 115° F to continue your low temp cooking to preserve nutrients and enzymes.
