Fisherman & Hunters:
Some commercial "meat sticks" are made with byproducts including BEEF LIPS!. Make your own jerky from 100% pure, wholesome, top-grade beef, pork, chicken, turkey, etc.

Get Paid to Hunt!
It's true -- you can turn hunting into a profitable money-maker when you dry jerky and sell it to friends and neighbors. It's better than store bought: fresh, wholesome, free of preservatives, all top-grade meats - not byproducts.

Jerky Marinade
Fresh-made jerky is DELICIOUS and high in protein. Slice meat into 3/16" strips and place in a casserole dish. Cover with soy sauce. Try other marinades like Worcestershire, teriyaki, barbecue sauce, beer or wine. Accent with lemon, pepper, specialty salts, chopped onion or garlic, and Excalibur vegetable powders. Cover, refrigerate for 2 - 4 hrs., dry at 155º for 4 - 6 hrs.

Jerky pays for his hunting licenses
"A year ago. I bought an Excalibur after tagging two deer and an elk. I made plenty of jerky for myself and sold the rest to friends and co-workers. I made enough money to pay for my Excalibur and buy all my hunting licenses for the next year." -- Scott Read, UT |

Make the very most of wild game or London broil
If all your hunting is done in the supermarket aisles, the Excalibur makes excellent sense. Buy meats in bulk. Buy less expensive cuts. Turn all kind of meats into delicious, tender, high-protein jerky that stores indefinitely.
"What do I do with 400 lbs. of salmon?"

"Why can't I just make jerky in my kitchen oven?"
You'll spend far more money in electricity or gas heating a big oven than you will running the Excalibur.
You'll waste time because your home oven has only 1 or 2 shelves to place jerky on. The Excalibur has up to 9 shelves.
Surprisingly, kitchen ranges don't heat all that evenly -- you'll have to constantly flip and rotate your load of jerky.
Drips and spills are an incredible hassle to clean from a kitchen range. The Excalibur cleans with a damp sponge.
You'll overheat the kitchen, wasting energy.
You'll irritate the cook and end up in the dog house.
No more jerky in the oven: A happy wife means a happy husband! "I used to make jerky in the oven, until my wife brought home an Excalibur. Amazing! It's easier, dries faster, makes better jerky, and best of all, my wife is happier."

Gourmet Camp Meals Whether you're in a Winnebago or backpacking on the side of a mountain, you can eat like a king away from home. Reports one outdoor enthusiast:
"My friends had expensive freeze dried meals - mine were from the Excalibur. My meals were just as lightweight as theirs, tasted much better and cost about 1/10th as much."
Trail Mix
What is the most grabbed item on the trail besides insect repellent? Why TRAIL MIX of course. And what about making your own as a sign of sophistication, good taste, economy, and nutrition rolled into one. Granola, kiwi fruit, papaya, mango, peaches, pears, plums, apples; even bits and pieces of fruit leather and yogurt taffy. The list is endless, exotic and rewarding. Owning an Excalibur could be as important as owning a good pair of walking shoes to get you to your destination.
