What you'll need:
- 6-8 lbs Venison
- 1 Tbs Garlic powder
- 2 Tbs Liquid smoke
- 1-2 quarts Soy sauce
- 1 Tbs Onion powder
- 1-2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbs MSG (optional)
How to make it:
try this recipe for one of the most popular uses of venison.
- 1. Cut meat into 3/16
- 2. Mix all the ingredients together and then marinate the meat in seasoning mixture for 4-10 hours.
- 3. Dry at 155F, until the meat cracks.
