How to make it:
This is a simple jerky recipe that can be used with a variety of meats.
- 1. Cut the meat and soak in soy sauce/worcestershire sauce mix. Ratio is about 80% marinade, 20% meat.
- 2. Soaking a full 24 hours is best, overnight it good.
- 3. Lay meat on Excalibur trays and sprinkle Fresh ground black pepper over the top. For best results, use Excalibur's Jerky Seasoning.

No, you don't need to cook the meat first. Just marinate, overnight is recommended. And then place in the dehydrator.
