Jerky Bottom Round
What you'll need:
  • 3 lbs Bottom Round
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbs Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 Tbs A1 Steak Sauce
  • 3 lbs Bottom Round
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbs Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 Tbs A1 Steak Sauce

How to make it:

If you like our beef jerky recipe, then you'll love jerky bottom rounds!

  • 1. Cut meat, 3/16 on the slicer.
  • 2. Soak in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce and A1 steak sauce for about 10 hours.
  • 3. Lay on trays at 155, until meat cracks.
