What you'll need:
- 3 lbs Bottom Round
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbs Tabasco Sauce
- 1 Tbs A1 Steak Sauce
- 3 lbs Bottom Round

- 1 Tbs A1 Steak Sauce
How to make it:
If you like our beef jerky recipe, then you'll love jerky bottom rounds!
- 1. Cut meat, 3/16 on the slicer.
- 2. Soak in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce and A1 steak sauce for about 10 hours.
- 3. Lay on trays at 155, until meat cracks.
