How to make it:
Make your own dried garlic!
- 1. Peel and finely chop cloves.
- 2. Spread chopped garlic over trays. Use Paraflexx or parchment paper if mesh is too large.
- 3. Dry at 105° until crisp.
- 4. Store as is or as a powder.
