How to make it:
Make your own dried basil!
- 1. Wash the basil leaves the evening before harvesting.
- 2. Clip leaves before flowers open.
- 3. Throw away dirty leaves.
- 4. Place the leaves on trays so that they are not touching and dehydrate at no more than 95°F until crisp enough to crumble.
