Barbeque Cucumber Chips
What you'll need:
  • 3 large Cucumbers
  • 1 1/3 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne

How to make it:

Healthy Barbeque Cucumber Chips Recipe

  • 1. Wash and dry cucumbers
  • 2. Thinly slice the cucumbers
  • 3. In a bowl mix cucmbers and all seasonings
  • 4. Place cucumbers in a sinle layer on Excalibur Dehydrator trays
  • 5. Dry at 125 degrees F for 4 to 8 hours or until cucumbers are crisp
  • 6. Cool cucumber chips to room temperature
  • 7. Store in an airtight container
