Dear Excalibur
I would like to thank you for giving me such a good discount on my Excalibur dehydrator. As you know from my letter I have major medical issues and could not afford an Excalibur due to all my medical bills and the cost associated with having stage 4 cancer. I appreciate that you have this program to help people in need be able to afford the Best dehydrator. I feel that your dehydrator has really helped to enrich my life and helps me everyday to make foods that will heal me. Thank you again for the discount – god bless your company!

I would like to thank you for allowing my family to purchase a dehydrator at cost. With the generous discount you gave me and my family we now can feed our children healthy foods, as well as, save money. When I wrote your company I was in dire need, my husband had just lost his job and I was out of work due to a job related accident that left me disabled. As a mother I wanted to feed my 5 children wholesome foods but the cost was so much higher to buy fresh fruits and vegetables. With the discount you gave me I was able to afford the BEST DEHYDRATOR an Excalibur! And now I buy in bulk when things are on sale and go to the farmers market. I dehydrate so many things when they are in season and use them throughout the winter in soups or as snacks. Thank you again Excalibur!

YUM Program for people with mental health and cognitive disabilities
Letter received May 9th 2008
Dear Shauna and Excalibur staff
The participants of Creative trails would like to thank you for your donation. Our YUM! Program began in the fall of 2007 with the mission of supporting people with disabilities to learn practical baking skills and integrating our participants and healthy dessert into the community. The program has two wholesale accounts and sells baked goods at the local farmers market. Yum! Has blossomed beyond belief and we are beginning to expand our program to baking for local vegan, gluten-free, and raw catering events. Your donation will not only help our program to expand our raw dessert selections for cookies and cakes to sell, but will also help the community to expand their awareness of individuals with disabilities. Thank you again for your donation of an Excalibur Dehydrator!
Sincerely
Jean Dimillo and the Yum Crew
