What you'll need:
  • 30 Grape Tomatoes

How to make it:

Dehydrated tomatoes will be firmer than the ones you buy at the store. Be sure to dry them enough, don't leave them too soft or else they will spoil.

  • 1. Cut grape tomatoes in half, lengthwise.
  • 2. Place on drying trays. Load into your Excalibur. Dry at 130F.
  • 3. Dry for 20 to 24 hours.
  • 4. Tomatoes should feel dry and slightly pliable. Tomatoes should have no sign of moisture when broken apart.
